CBT Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor
Simone is a Consultant Cognitive Behaviour Psychotherapist and has over 30 years’ experience working with psychological and emotional difficulties.
Her work and experience extends across a wide range of individual and group treatments. She has worked in the NHS, private and public sector for may years and has a great deal of experience in lecturing in CBT in three local universities. She also has extensive experience as a Clinical Supervisor.
As a Cognitive Behaviour Psychotherapist, Simone has developed expertise and experience in a wide range of emotional and psychological disorders; both with children and adults alike. She has been a fully accredited member of the British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) since 2005 and has taught CBT both internationally and nationally.
Simone is also DBT trained and has trained in compassion focus therapy and ACT therapy and works with several private health insurance companies.
Simone holds a BSc (Hons) CBT, RMN, Oxford University post Grad Diploma 1997.
