Psychodynamic Counsellor
Jane is a Psychodynamic Counsellor working at the Turner Centre in private practice . She has many years’ experience working within the Mental Health field as a qualified nurse and has supported individuals undertaking treatment for addiction , anxiety , depression and difficulties with relationships and trauma . She also has a particular interest in bereavement and loss although is happy to work with whatever you bring to the session
Jane seeks to provide a safe non-judgemental and supportive space at the Turner Centre which allows you to focus on understanding yourself and the relationships within your life . She offers both long and short term Counselling .
She holds a MA from Essex University in Psychodynamic Counselling.
