Psychodynamic Psychotherapist and Couple Therapist
Starting therapy can feel both exciting and challenging. It’s normal to experience ambivalence—wanting to explore your emotions while fearing what might unfold. Whether you’re considering individual therapy or couples therapy, you’re not alone in this journey.
In our sessions, we’ll dive into your feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. Together, we’ll understand how your past shapes your present, explore core beliefs, and examine relationship patterns that may be holding you back. My aim is to help you make more informed decisions in your relationships and overall life.
Building trust takes time, and creating a safe space where you can express yourself is essential. Here, you can allow all emotions—positive or negative—to surface. It’s through these expressions that we gain clarity and guidance on how to proceed mindfully and effectively.
At times, this journey may feel frustrating or disheartening—especially when confronting old patterns. Recognizing that these feelings are part of the process is important.
Think of our time together as a safe haven where you can be yourself without fear of judgment. This collaborative journey is about personal growth and achieving a more satisfying life.
My goal is to be your companion on this journey, illuminating the patterns that affect your life—whether individually or in your relationship. Let’s navigate this path together, building resilience and fostering healing in a space where you feel truly supported.
