Integrative Psychotherapist and Couples Counsellor (adults and children above the age of 16+)

Evis is a BACP registered therapist with a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of East London. She works primarily in a person-centred way, respecting each client’s individual preferences and pace within therapy, and beginning wherever feels most comfortable for them.

For those who wish to explore their experiences more deeply, her approach is informed by psychodynamic, attachment, and existential theory. Evis supports individuals and couples in exploring their inner worlds with curiosity and compassion, helping them to better understand the thoughts, feelings, and patterns that may be affecting their wellbeing and relationships.

In her work with couples, Evis supports partners to improve communication, deepen emotional understanding, and navigate relationship difficulties in a collaborative and supportive space.

Evis also holds an MA in Intercultural Communication and offers an inclusive and affirming space for clients from diverse backgrounds and identities, including LGBTQ+ clients, neurodivergent individuals, and people living with disabilities or long-term health conditions.

Previous settings Evis has worked in include NHS Talking Therapies, universities, and charities supporting refugees, family carers, and children’s mental health.

Please note that before starting therapy with a young person, Evis will arrange an initial assessment with a parent or guardian.

Fees: Individuals £55.        Couples £85
